Permit records are sourced directly from the City of Philadelphia's Department of Licenses & Inspections — the authoritative public record, updated continuously. Owner profiles are constructed by cross-referencing property ownership registries, mortgage filings, and a network of licensed data providers. No aggregators. No secondhand feeds.
Is this the same data everyone gets?
The underlying permit universe is the same — Philadelphia's public record. What differs is everything built on top of it: your industry filter, your scoring criteria, and your delivery sequence. List order is randomized per subscriber at the point of export, so no two subscribers work from the same starting position.
How do I receive my leads?
